I received great service from the ladies today, they didn’t have the next size up in this store but the store in the strand nearby did and one of the ladies walked to bring it over for me to try on and didn’t take too long to do so, I appreciated this!

Even though I have never visited this store, I called in search of a specific outfit that was completely sold out. The lovely Romina answered my call and provided me with the most exceptional customer service I have seen in a long time. She was able to take payment over the phone and had the outfit delivered to me within a matter of days (also left me a lovely note in my package). Absolutely over the moon with my overall experience. Thank you again Romina for setting the gold standard of customer service!

I love Aje clothing—they’re so stylish! The staff at this store were noticeably friendlier than at other Aje stores. They were very helpful and patient, making it easy to find exactly what I liked.

I visited the Aje Sydney City store in Westfield today 13/11 to buy a dress for my daughter. Ludo greeted and assisted us with such patience and kindness and didn’t make myself or my daughter feel any pressure or uncomfortable in any way. So I would like to pass on a big thank to Ludo from my daughter and myself, we love the dress.

Such a lovely store. The girls working there were so committed to the brand and so helpful. I bought the most beautiful dress, as a plus size model it’s hard to find form-fitting clothes but Aje just absolutely excels in this area. I’ll send a photo of the ‘painted’ dress when I wear it. It’s simply stunning, it flatters my curves so much. It’s designer yes, but the quality of work is exceptional. In terms of staff engagement I like to look for a positive culture, and it seemed like the girls really believed in their products and were friendly and helpful. I wish this store the absolute very best for the futue, in culture, staffing and education/business course opportunities from Aje, to invest in young people. Thanks again ❤️
